I am 27 weeks pregnant, is it safe for me to do yoga at this stage?

Yes you may practice yoga but i strongly recommend you do it under supervision of a yoga teacher, teaching a pre-natal class. You are entering the third trimester, so you must be careful with the poses you choose and how you perform them. Your body is going through a lot of changes at this point so Yoga will definitely help in strengthening your body to cope with it. Do seek out a teacher who teaches pre-natal yoga if you do decide to take up the practice. Good luck and congratulations!
