I am a male who has a 9 to 5 desk job, are there any yoga positions that I can do while I’m at work?

Hi. You must do yoga poses throughout the day. Ideally i would recommend stretching after every hour of sitting. some basic stretches you can do are. 1) Stand up and get both feet together. Raise your hand over your head, interlock your fingers, flip your palms and stretch up to the sky. do this 2 to 3 times. As you inhale stretch up and as you exhale release. 2) Keeping your hands in the same position stretch to the right side and then to left side. Do this a couple of times. 3) Forward fold. Super important. as you keep your feet together, fold forward towards your toes. make sure you are folding from your waist and not your back. Try to keep the back as straight as possible. You can bend your knees to insure a straight back. But focus on working towards getting the knees straight eventually. 3) Seated twists: Sit on the ground with your knees folded and your hips on your heels. Place the left hand on your right knee and the right hand behind your back. Keep your back straight and take a deep inhale. As you exhale twist your spine towards the back. Do both sides. Start with these and make sure you do them multiple times per day.
