Weight Problem

I am a professional working for 9 to 5 job, so sitting most of the time, This has badly affected my dietary habits and causing inconsistent weight gain. I has resultant in increasing nausea too

First of all let’s make it very clear that long sitting if done with breaks in between does not cause weight gain. However, in order to make yourself fit and healthy, you can follow the tips mentioned below: • Take small breaks after every two hours for a walk or loosening exercise • Take high roughage diet • Keep your body straight and upright while sitting

My question is for respected gynecologist, kitne time period k bad contraceptive injection ka asar khtm ho jata hai mtlb ye k me ne 3 month wala lgwaya tha to 3 months to periods nhi hue phr next injection nhi lgwaya but almost 1 week uper ho gya periods still nhi hue, how long it will take more? meri beti 12 years, bohot thin hai. woh daily three meals achay khanay ke alawah snacking bhi achhi karti hai. she takes chocolates, biscuits, juices and cold drinks in good quantity during the whole day. she is 5 ft tall but she weighs only 38 kg. woh healthy kyun nahi ho rahi? kaheen uske pait mien keeray to nahi? what medicine or remedy is recommended for worms in tummy? please help
