The most important thing for someone with diabetes is controlling their diet. You must first work on establishing the right meal plan for yourself and understanding how you can diversify your food intake while making sure it doesn't impact your bloodsugar levels. As for yoga, you can practice all forms of yoga and do it as much as your body permits.
