The most important thing for someone with diabetes is controlling their diet. You must first work on establishing the right meal plan for yourself and understanding how you can diversify your food intake while making sure it doesn't impact your bloodsugar levels. As for yoga, you can practice all forms of yoga and do it as much as your body permits.

Weight Training and Yoga

Hello, I exercise regularly and go to the gym 4-5 days a week. I mostly do weight trainings and a little bit of cardio for warmups. Recently a friend of my started yoga which kind off made me curious about it. My goals arent weight loss etc, i am just looking forward to being fit. Can weight training and yoga go hand in hand or would it be pushing it too much?
