So I am in my third month of pregnancy. Does anyone here have any good totkas I can use for a healthy baby?

zainab, if u r not allergic to it then coconut water is good for your baby. full of vitamins and energy. use iodized salt in  your food. improves dvelopment of growth organs in baby. drink milk regularly if you dont like milk thaneat yogurt instead. take proper portions of fruits and vegetables. take lots of fluids. pine apple in the first 3 months is a no no. do not eat papaya too in first three months. apple and bananas are fine. potato is best. boiled baked or in bhujia.

and do housework and chores that make you walk around. the more you move the better for your baby. when tired take break immediately and rest. 

and dont forget to eat regularly vitamins and medicines prescribed by your gynea. try wearing flat shoes.

last but most important be happy. dont let anything distress you. 

you are then bound to have a healthy baby.
